Recommendations
The need for a comprehensive strategic digital vision
It is essential to establish a strategic digital vision. This vision must be global and integrated, taking into account both the aspects related to learning and the governance elements of the center (e.g., development of digital ecosystems, equipment, etc.). Indeed, it is crucial to link the digital aspects to the pedagogical project to ensure overall coherence.
It is important to note that this strategic vision must be integrated into institutional documents such as educational projects, regulations, training plans, etc. to ensure effective implementation and overall consideration of the objectives set.
Communication designed for each innovation
To ensure mass adoption of an innovation (Rogers, E., 1995), it is crucial to clearly communicate why the innovation is being implemented, what the objectives are, and how they will be achieved. It is important to emphasize the relative advantages of the innovation compared to what it replaces, to show that it is compatible with the values, past experiences and needs of the users, to make it simple to understand, to propose test phases to give users confidence, and finally to give them the possibility of observing uses and/or hearing testimonials from users who have benefited from the innovation.
