Companies have a customer login at the Handwerkskammer der Pfalz. Company-specific data, such as the company identification number, address and the name of the company owner, are stored and automatically transferred to the online apprenticeship contract form.

The completion of the form is user-friendly: some fields are automatically filled in, offer drop-down lists or make automatic suggestions. This ensures compliance with legal requirements (e.g. pay, holidays, lack of training time).

The online form also provides general information on legal regulations. The form also provides information on whether all forms have been filled in correctly before being turned into a *.pdf document, printed and signed. The signed contracts are sent by post to the Chamber of Trade.

Points of interest

• The use of the e-learning contract saves time. For example, the company data is stored and does not have to be filled in for each contract (pre-filled templates). In addition, the preparation of contracts is faster and more convenient;

• There is automatic support for filling in the contract online (e.g. legal provisions on remuneration, holidays or the correct professional designation);
